Century Legend anchors aweigh, don’t miss the spectacular views over Shanghai’s illuminated night scene. It is worth a visit to see the florid night view of the Bund. Under the tenet of keeping harmony and unity. It fully exhibits the magnificence of the various buildings of different architectural styles and make up of the best night scene of Shanghai together with the colorful lights floating in the river and the flashing lights on the far side of the river.

Your Century Legend sets sail for your cruise from Shanghai to Chongqing a distance of 2400 km’s.

Captain’s Welcome Reception - The Captain on board your Century Ship along with the entire management team invites you for a Cocktail Reception in the Lounge before Dinner.

Arrival in Nanjing during the lunch time - Visit Nanjing after lunch onboard your ship Century Legend, where you will tour the Sun Yat-sen Memorial and a Qing Dynasty style bazaar surrounding a Confucian Temple.

Dr. Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum built in a style combining Chinese and Western architecture. Here you can see a bronze statue of Sun Yat-sen, the memorial hall, and coffin chamber housing a marble statue of Sun Yat-sen.

Confucius Temple ( Nanjing Fuzi Temple ) is one of the four most famous Confucius temples in China. It is a temple devoted to the memory of Confucius (551–479 BCE), the sage and great philosopher of the Spring and Autumn Period of Chinese history. Today, the Confucius Temple accompanied by its surrounding neighborhood (pedestrian streets) has become a Mecca for holiday makers. Every day it seems all the locals of Nanjing throng here, eating, drinking, shopping and relaxing.

After morning onboard activities, Century Legend will arrival in ChiZhou Harbour around lunch time, you will join the full afternoon shore excursion to Mt. Jiuhuashan. Mt.Jiuhuashan or “Mountain of the Nine Lotuses”, one of the four sacred mountains in Chinese Buddhism. The one hundred square kilometer area is known for its quiet beauty, which includes ridges and peaks, winding paths, waterfalls, streams and ancient temples.

Upon return to your Ship Century Legend enjoy dinner.

The Crew Cabaret Show – Let the stars begin to sparkle, enjoy an evening of China going through Traditions and highlights of the Yangtze River area folklore.

After the enjoyable breakfast onboard, you will join full day shore excursion to the porcelain city - Jingde Zhen. Jingdezhen is known throughout China as the "capital of porcelain". The Porcelain Museum exhibits numerous porcelain products of different dynasties. The city's history dates back to over 2,000 years ago, while for about 1,700 years Jingdezhen has been producing fine porcelain products.

Jingdezhen Ceramic Historical Museum - This museum is located in the Panlong Mountains, outside the city of Jingdezhen in Jiangxi Province. The location of the museum is an ancient site for ceramic production in China that used the mountainsides for what are known as dragon kilns.

Jingdezhen Porcelain Museum - The Jingdezhen Porcelain Museum, located at Jingdezhen City in Jiangxi Province, is a special museum of Chinese ceramics. Inside the museum are a compound of ancient kiln buildings and a compound of dwelling houses of the Qing Dynasty.

Upon return to your Ship Century Legend enjoy dinner.

After your breakfast onboard the ship Century Legend, Firstly you will be accompanied with the local guide to visit Hubei Provincial Museum. As one of the best-renowned museums in China, Hubei Provincial Museum collects over 200,000 cultural relics from the Chu culture. Then, you will continue to visit the largest in-city lake in China, the East Lake.

A Talent Show with the Crew or Game of Bingo or other activities will be available for your entertainment after Dinner.

For Dinner the Designed Banquet will be held in the Main Dining Room in Chinese Style.

After breakfast, you will have the shore excursion to Jingzhou. Jingzhou, with a long history and brilliant culture, is known as 'a land of fish and rice', one of the richest areas in China, and has been a transportation hub and distribution center of commodities since ancient times. The ancient city of Jingzhou (also called Jiangling) is among the first 24 historical and cultural cities designated by the State Council. Archaeologists and tourism specialists put it as one of the very few best preserved ancient cities in southern China.

Jingzhou Ancient City: The ancient Jingzhou city wall is exemplary in China for its size and preservation, and for its military architecture and aesthetics. A large number of precious cultural relics have been unearthed from the area of Jingzhou Ancient City.

Jingzhou Museum: A local comprehensive museum free of any ticket charge, which is well-known for its excellent environment, rich stores and great archaeologist achievements. Cooperating with other engineering projects, the museum has excavated over 120 thousand valuable cultural relics.

Century Legend is sailing along the middle reaches of the Might Yangtze River after you came back from the excursion. Either leave yourself in the library, swimming pool, gym, or enjoy the reading and relaxing in somewhere onboard. Of course you could join the variety of onboard activities!

After morning onboard activities, Century Legend will arrival in Yichang for the shore excursion to the Three Gorges Dam Project.

The Three Gorges Dam was conceived by Sun Yat-sen back in 1919, but it took another 73 years before construction finally began on a project that would hold back the flow of the mighty Yangtze River and provide power for the people of China. The Dam began operations in 2008 and today, visitors can witness this astounding project up close on a tour that includes the Jar Hill and 185 Terrace observation platforms, and the River Closure Park.

At night, Your Century Ship sails through the 5-stage Ship Locks of the Three Gorges Dam Project.

Your Century Legend will sail through the magnificent Wu Gorge after you came back from the fabulous excursion, followed by the spectacular Qutang Gorge in the afternoon.

In the morning, you will have the excursion at the Shennv Stream, changing from your Century Legend into a smaller boat you will cruise up the newly created waterways between well-wooded hills and sheer cliffs where you can enjoy spectacular sceneries and see the most famous hanging coffin.

In the morning, the excursion at Shibaozhai Pagoda, a 12-story wooden pagoda which rests against the rock wall of mountain, where you can also climb up to the top for a panoramic view of the winding river, the village and the countryside is definitely a must see.

For Dinner the Captain’s Farewell Banquet will be held in the Main Dining Room in Chinese Style.

After an early breakfast onboard Century Legend. Guests will disembark around 08:00 from Chongqing Harbor.
