Thanks for your question. I saw you’ve checked Victoria Sophia Cruise for 4 days & 3nights downstream cruise from Chongqing to Yichang and usually the ship will arrive in Yichang downtown area around 12:30 to 13:00.
To get back to Chongqing, the best way is to take a high speed train from Yichang East Railway Station. To best suit for your time, you can take a G train or D train after 14:30 and the suitable schedules for you are 14:44~19:14, 15:09~19:33, 15:23~19:46, 15:34~19:58 and more. The whole train journey takes 4.5 hours and the price for second class seat is 162 Yuan and 195 Yuan for first class seat.
Actually, all the Yangtze River cruise (http://www.yangtze-river-cruises.com/ships.html) in 2017 are going between Chongqing and Yichang and arrival time in Yichang is around 12:30 to 13:00.
