Day 1 Chongqing Arrival

Welcome to Chongqing - Magic 8D City! Clear the customs and retrieve your baggage by yourself upon arrival. Your local tour guide holding a sign with your name will meet you at the arrival hall of the airport / railway station, and you will be transferred by our private vehicle to your hotel in Chongqing downtown. The rest of the day is free on your own to discover the city vibes.

Recommended: enjoy a leisure walk along Nanbin Road to see Chongqing skyline and two rivers meeting at Chaotianmen Dock.

Day 2 Chongqing - Wulong (B)

After breakfast, you guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel and drive to Wulong (about 3 hours). Wulong County was discovered in May 1993 and it is very popular among foreigners for its limestone cave.

First, you’ll get to Furong Cave to see the “underground artistic palace and a cavern scientific museum”. The main limestone is unexpectedly as long as 2700 meters. Later, visit the famous Natural Three Bridges which is a rare geological wonder and an eco-tourist’s delight. It features three natural karst bridges: Tianlong Bridge, Qinglong Bridge and Heilong Bridge. The three natural karst stone arch bridges, with an average height of over 200 meters (656 feet), and an average span of over 200 meters (656 feet), constitute the largest natural bridge cluster in Asia.

After the tour, stay overnight in Wulong.

Day 3 Wulong - Chongqing (B)

Today, you’ll visit the Fairy Mountain. With its uniquely famous mountains and grasslands of south of the Yangtze River, a rare example of dense forest snowfields in southern China, and a wonderful landscape of green forests and vast pastures, it has the reputation of being the No.1 Pasture in Southern China, as well as the “Orient’s Switzerland”. After the visiting, you’ll surely be attracted by the magnificent and picturesque sightseeing.

In the afternoon, drive back to Chongqing city.

Day 4 Chongqing Departure (B, L)

After breakfast, enjoy a full day exploration of this cyberpunk metropolis! Let's start with Laojun Cave, the largest Taoist temple in Chongqing and over 1,400 years historic. As you ascend the steps, admire the stunning Taoist gates, palaces, and pavilions while enjoying a breathtaking panoramic view of modern downtown. Next, head to Longmenhao Old Street, nestled against the mountain and facing the Yangtze. It preserves over 200 architectures from different periods across six layers. Stroll through its artistic old lanes, capturing Chongqing's pulse on streets, bridges, and rivers.

Then, take Line 2 of Chonqing Rail Transit from Huanghuayuan Station to Liziba Station for 15-minute with cityscapes. Get off and watch a train passing through a 19-storey apartment, unique to mountainous Chongqing! Continue to Kuixinglou, a symbol of this 8-dimensional mountain city. Walk across the urban square to reach a skywalk where to find yourself standing simultaneously on the 1st and 22nd floor (65.8 meters) high above the streets below. Then, visit the must-see Hongya Cave to appreciate its layers of featured Ba and Shu regional wooden tilted houses rising up to 11 storeys against the hill. As night falls and warm lights illuminate these structures, they become even more enchanting!

After the tour, be transferred to the airport, train station or cruise port for your departure from Chongqing!

Optional experience: Enjoy Chongqing panorama from WFC Huixianlou at city center (a 339-meter-high skyscraper with a 360° open-air platform).

Hi Elk

We had a great trip. While the boat is old and certainly needs some work, the excursions were good and the service was fantastic. The food was mostly Chinese but enough variety that we didn't go hungry at all. We would recommend it.

Thank you for organizing

Hi Evelyn,

Thank you very much for your help for our trip. We love the trip so much and enjoy every minute of it.

The driver and guide, both in Chongqing and Yichang, are very helpful and polite, especially since we travel with both of our 82yrs old parents in wheelchairs. We loved the tour in Chongqing, and enjoyed the lunch provided in Chongqing and Yichang... good choice.

Jasmine arranges for the porter to carry both our parents from the moment they step out of the car until entering the lobby in the cruise, and this is definitely a pleasant surprise and experience for both our parents as they thought going into cruise will be quite difficult.

The cruise experience is also super nice, the meals are all delicious with a variety of food and drinks. The crew on the cruise are all helpful and pleasant, with limited English but still very helpful to us. Our parents enjoy the live music every night, especially the ones in the bar, they even sing and dance.

The cruise facility also makes our trip pleasant, they have laundry and drying machines, and also a gym available. The room (we stayed on the 5th floor) is nice, with a view from the balcony. Somehow we got the room just across the elevator which makes our parents happy as they don't have to walk far.

We will definitely recommend Century Oasis to our friends.

Again, thank you for everything.

Rgds, Yuli
