We have just done a 5-day cruise on the Century Star. We enjoyed it for what it was - a relaxing cruise along the river. There were half day excursions included as part of the package and there was one optional excursion that we did not do. The food was good with both western style and Chinese options served buffet-style.
We enjoyed the cruise as a bit of a slow down during a hectic 2 weeks of travelling.

We just returned from a upstream cruise on the Century Star ship. The ship was nice and food was good. There was plenty English speaking staff on board. We enjoyed all the side excersions and the scenery was great.
