Besides the VISA card, you can also use the Master Card, Visa, American Express, JCB and Diners Card. If you are interested in any optional shore excursion visit, just tell the front desk, and the staff there will help you with the register and payment on site.

Thanks for your question! There is no self-service washing machine onboard President no.8, but they provide warm laundry service for guests. If you want such a service, you can just put your clothes in the laundry bag in your cabin and fill the laundry service form or call the reception desk, and then the staff will take them to do laundry and return to your cabin. This service is charged by the kinds and pieces of your clothes. Usually, the price of each piece of clothes varies from 15 RMB to 40 RMB. For example, a pair of blue jeans usually needs about 20 RMB and a piece of T-shirt needs about 15 RMB. Besides, tap water that is purified and sterilized is available in the bathroom of your cabin, so you can also use the water to do some hand laundry during the ship journey.
Warm tip: The price is only for your reference, but do not worry much about that, the costs of laundry service are reasonable.

Thank you for the good question. The President No.8 provides mainly two kinds of drinking packages for guests onboard. One kind is the drinking package during dining in the restaurant, which needs about 398RMB for upstream cruise from Yichang and about 298RMB for downstream cruise from Chongqing for each guest, and people could unlimitedly enjoy the soft drinks, Chinese beer, as well as dry white and red wines within 1 hour during the dining moments.
The other kind is the package in the cruise bar on the 5th floor, which needs about 650RMB for each guest and covers sorts of soft drinks, Tsingtao beers, wines made in China, coffee, and tea, etc. Therefore, you could enjoy the beverages in the bar before 23:30 every day to spend some leisure time while enjoying the sceneries on the river and the gorges. The prices are only for your reference, and you could know the detailed charges after boarding.

Onboard President No. 8 cruise ship, the breakfast and lunch are arranged in buffet style with about 3-4 vegetarian dishes, like cabbages, vegetable and fruit salad, and so on for guests, and the dinner is prepared in Chinese sitting form with some specially cooked vegetarian dishes. Menus for the three meals change every day to offer more choices for guests.
