This ship is the third most luxurious cruises ship under Victoria Cruises based in New York, which is famed with standard American style service. If you need such kind of service, just put your clothes into the laundry bag in your room and tell the reception desk, and then the staff will come to your room and collect your clothes to do laundry. After it is finished, the staff will send your clothes back to your cabin.
Laundry service needs extra payment, which is charged by piece of your clothes. To know the detailed price, please ask the staff onboard for help.

Thanks for your question! Compared with a main deck superior cabin, you can have a better view of the scenery at your bridge deck superior cabin. Besides, you can enjoy your meal onboard at the VIP Dining Room on the 5th floor after the upgraded, which has a better dining environment.

The cruise company prepared many kinds of Chinese and Western food and beverages for the three meals during your cruise. Besides the main courses, appetizers, and others, you could choose from the cakes, porridges, congees, milk, yogurt, juice, fresh fruits and salads, and some other dishes, so both you and your children would enjoy your dining time there. Also, if you need, you could tell the front desk in advance for at least one day to cook some special food for your children, and such service needs some extra charge.
