1. Where is Wuhan China?
Wuhan, the capital of Hubei Province, is situated in the central China. It lies at the junction of the Yangtze River and Han River.
The city is composed of three towns: Wuchang, Hankou and Hanyang, facing each other across the Rivers and linked by serval bridges. There are 6 bridges and 1 tunnel across the Yangtze River.
2. What to see in Wuhan?
There is no need to worry about things to do in Wuhan. The top attractions for you to visit are Yellow Crane Tower, Hubei Provincial Musuem, Guiyuan Buddhist Temple, East Lake, Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge, Walking Street of Jianghan Road, Mulan Heaven Lake. And you could travel beyond Wuhan to reach Wudang Mountain or Shennongjia Nature Reserve. It is good to spend 2-3 days in the “City on the Rivers”.
3. What is the good way to transfer from Wuhan to Wudang Mountain?
Taking a train is a good way to transfer between Wuhan and Wudangshan. Every day, there are 8 trains going from Wuhan to Wudangshan, taking about 6 hours. The earliest one starts from 06:22 and arrives at 12:12. The last one of the day goes from 23:45 and arrives at 06:15 in the next morning. If you want to save one night hotel fee, you could choose the overnight train.

4. What is the Yangtze cruise ship to take from Wuhan?
The Yangtze River cruise from Wuhan is very limited. There is only one ship offered by Victoria Sophia, running between Chongqing and Shanghai, stopping over in Wuhan City. Travelers could board or disembark at Wuhan port for the cruise. The downstream cruise is from Chongqing to Wuhan which takes 4 days and 3 nights on Yangtze. While, the upstream cruise is from Wuhan to Chongqing which takes 6 days and 5 night on Yangtze. During the cruise tour, you won’t miss the highlights offered by Yangtze River and its cities.
