Over 90 daily trains are running from Yichang East Railway Station to Hankou Railway Station or Wuhan Railway Station. Shanghai is about 695km (8.5 hrs by car) northeast from Wuhan. You can take a high-speed train for 3.5 - 6 hours from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station to Hankou Railway Station or Wuhan Railway Station, which operates about 46 trains. From Zhangjiajie to Wuhan
Avatar Zhangjiajie is about 390km (6 hrs by car) southwest from Wuhan. The most convenient way to transfer is by flight, which takes about 1hrs from Zhangjiajie Hehua International Airport to Wuhan Tianhe International Airport, with about 6 flights running every day. Besides, there's one G train, which takes about 5 hours to run every day. You can catch it at Zhangjiajie West Railway Station and arrive at Wuhan Railway Station.
